Why A YouTube Channel Has Changed My Perspective On Life.

Let’s go back to when we was teenagers and we would watch the likes of Zoella everyday and we looked up to her and wanted to be just like her. We surely all had that stage of life right? Well fast forward a good 10 years for myself, I still watch YouTube but I haven’t got that channel I’m obsessed with. That’s until I was introduced to the Channel Yes Theory.

Who are they?

They are 3 men called Thomas, Matt and Ammar, they did use to be 4 and he was called Derin but he left due to personal reasons. The best thing about this group is they are from different parts of the world but all met in Canada! With $500 to their names they moved into together and started making videos about their biggest fears and seeking discomfort.

What am I doing to seek discomfort?

Ever since watching them and becoming a part of their family, they have Facebook pages where subscribers meet up and have fun ( I haven’t gone yet but I can’t wait till I do). The way that I’m looking to seek discomfort is I’m actually going to book a skydive, yeah call me crazy but for the last 3 years or so I’ve always wanted to do it and raise money for a charity at the same time but I’ve always put it off. So I think it’s time I put on my big girl boots and actually did it! Am I crazy? Probably but thanks to Yes Theory and what they have done themselves a skydive is nothing big.

Why have they changed my perspective on life?

I never in my life would think that a YouTube channel would change the way I looked at life. I’ve always lived in the moment, living day by day because that’s just who I am but these 3 boys changed me even more to stop being scared to do something, to talk to new people across the whole world and inspire me to get out of my comfort zone and just do something crazy. So in the summer I will be doing a skydive while wearing my seek discomfort merch and I’m scared but also really excited so stay tuned for that post!

Sometimes you just have to get out of your comfort zone and push yourself because on the other end of that is beauty you never thought you could see.

Also their merch is the best I’ve ever worn and who doesn’t love a new hoodie?

Have you watched these guys or not? Let me know in the comments! If not definitely go and check them out.
